You may know that I love painting pears. The way the light wraps around their unique shape. I love it. I thought this one especially interested on its side.
WOW. You have a new fan; wonderful paintings - love your brushwork and colors. I studied EVERY picture and painting, and look forward to seeing more! BTW, a most beautiful baby! Congrats! E
I like the drama here. I think it does indeed create interest, and kind of have a narrative when the pear is on its side. Nice work, great subtle highlights.
I do like to see you paint pears. I have loved everyone of them. Do you think pears are interesting to paint because they have such a humanly (a word?) shape?
I see that most of your paintings has the "round" topic to it. I'm not a professional painter but I've been meaning to be one. Unsuccessful though.. :(

Nice reflective light in your shadows. Subtle, but strong.
You seem to achieve realistic textures with great ease. Immensely enjoyed your works, will keep checking in!

I really enjoy the quality of light in this piece. Nice!
