Missing Tomato

Oil on 1/8" Gessoboard. Approx 6"x6" SOLD

If you were following my auctions you may have noticed that ebay removed ALL of my paintings. They accused me of breaking rules and regs but I simply didn't. It's too late now, they took the auctions down. All the bids and watchers..gone. On top of that, they suspended my account from auction style listings for the next 2 weeks so I can only do fixed price listings until then. SO I relisted my current paintings as fixed price listings so now the first bid wins. I apologize for all the inconvenience and hope that the interested parties return. Thanks!

Fantastic! Love all the warm color combinations. The loose teal shadows bumping against that red is what make this work for me.

Looking at your daily paintings is a joy and an inspiration. As an occasional ebayer/artist myself I'm curious - what possible rule could you have broken? (according to ebay anyway - I'm sure your auctions were fine).

Michael, Lovely painting, I have to agree with Gwen, those beautiful teal shadows and reds make it for me.

Have you thought about trying Etsy.com? I find them easier than e-bay and less expensive (.20 to list).

I received an email to say that your item (apple-tini) had been removed. I had placed a bid, but I was not the current highest bidder. They did say that the removal did not reflect on the seller, but they did not say why the item had been removed.. quite puzzling!

Terrific! I am loving these edges and brushwork. Pthalo is a madman eh?

btw-Ebay often makes me want to pull my hair out. I just use paypal buttons, but I bet one of these days I be using google checkout.

Excellent work, and consistent through-out.
I'de suggest to you to dump your e-bay gig and talk to an art gallery.
Any of a half dozen come to mind, from Sigmund's to Domont's. (Utrillos?)

I'm one state East of you, though, and right now the artistic enthusiasm has dwindled a bit.
Thing is, I'm thinking it's for the lack of originality more than lack of economy. I say this because some are surviving the market down trends.

Seems that, in the end, if it's good enough that people want it?
They buy it. And your stuff really touches on that originality!
