"Two Corks"

Oil on Board. Approx 6"x6" SOLD

Here are a couple of corks I recently acquired. I wanted to really focus on the details of them such as the nooks, cracks and textures.

You got what you wanted, Mike.

The nooks, cracks, and textures really show in this one. Lots of detail for such a small painting.

I love the colors. The warm tans of the corks and its reddish bottom against the muted gray-greens of the background.

I like how these were lit as well. The shadows underneath the corks pop with the hints of light placed next to them.

Another classic Naples painting!
