"Cookie Line Up"

Oil on Board. Approx 3.5"x8" SOLD

When I first laid this painting out I figured it to be horizontal. After about half way through it, I felt it should vertical. I think it looks more dramatic that way. More interest. What really drew me to this composition and subject were the swirl ridges in these cookies. They were a pleasant challenge.

Clever view of cookies. They look so yummy you could pick them off their plate. They have a glisten.
