My dad bought one of these in the '60's. I was little and gullible: he told me not to touch the emergency brake because it would activate the ejector seat.
I call them 'death cars' 'cause they slow traffic or on the side of the road: engine dead!
My wife and I have a '75 VW campmobile, it is awesome! We camp in it when I go in deep for a painting adventure. It's orange, so we call it the pumpkin. Love the painting, michael!
