Pear with Stained Glass Window

Oil on Canvas. Approx 20"x20" SOLD

Another fresh piece for Susan Powell Fine Art. I aquired a couple of stained glass windows that are quite old. They have layers and layers of paint cracking off. That is what drew me to them. They have character.

Very nice picture. I like the way you used the background.

I like this one a lot. Have you ever marketed your work to Lang Calendars? Some of Lang's artists do what I call "cutesie" work, but others are like you, doing clean, realistic work.

Here's their link:

I've been a long-time admirer of your work. I was just in Madison, CT, this past weekend and walked by Susan Powell's gallery. It was a pleasure to see one of your paintings in the window. Great little gallery to show your work--you are in great company there.
