"Avocado Half Part 2"

Oil on Board. Approx 4"x8" SOLD

Here is part 2. It was interesting capturing the convex properties of this one versus the concave properties of yesterday's. And how can I forget that trademark lime color of the avocado. This is one of the most amazing fruits in my opinion.

Oh, I just discovered your work and just LOVE it. I live and work in Napa, Ca. and just love the ones of the corks especially. Did I mention I love them? :)

Who would have thought that avocados would be such great subjects. I love this painting!

Outstanding work! Yesterdays literally made my mouth water two ways--the life you put into the avocado made it feel ready to eat, but the execution of it is drool material. Todays is just as special. Lovely stuff, both of them.

so fresh and so real! Chosen background makes it pop out even more.

Michael- Stumbled onto your blog yesterday googling reference for an unwrapped chaocolate bar. The hershey bar picture was great, but man- these avocados are incredible. Really beautiful work.
