Well done! What interests me also about this piece is it looks like it could be a watercolor. It has a very transparent feel. How long did you spend on this one?

Your artwork is so simple and stunning. I especially like the wispiness of the edges of the shells and the texture of the yolk/white. My other fave painting of yours is the orange with the unravelling peel.

I have not done still life since I was a child and since I'm in the healthcare field now, have little time to set aside for it. But you have inspired me to pick up some oils the next time I'm in the shop. There's something truly great about an artist with the combination of technique and creation. Thanks!
