Three Figs

Oil on 1/4" Board. Approx 10"x10" SOLD

A little larger painting today. I absolutely love the color variety in these figs, but most of all I love how they transition into one another. That was the painting challenge.

This painting is great! These little figs have so much personality! It's like the two smaller/misshapen ones have stepped back and are admiring the tall perfect one on the left. Terriffic!

Well... aside from the fact that I love to eat figs, I agree that the colors are yummy and the transition one fig to the other is great! Love it!

You have imbued your subject with such enchanted lighting and classical richness it makes me briefly forget that figs are on my short list of not-so-favorite foods.
